From the main admin menu staff can...

• add new or edit existing sports,
• add new or edit existing students
• view students who are yet to choose a sport (and force a sport on them if required),
• view lists by year level sorted by name or sport, and finally
• produce sports rolls

At the bottom of the screen a table shows how many students have logged their sport in the last week by year level.

Preferences for year level display and password resets (toggles on and off) can be modified here also.

Add & Edit Sports

In this screen existing sports in the chosen year level are shown first. The size of the team is shown together with the maximum allowed team size. Each sport can be edited, have rolls produced and, if required, deleted (all students currently in a deleted team are reset to "yet-to-choose" status.

At the bottom of the screen, new sports can be added. If required, the sport can be "hidden". This is useful for non-sport groups, eg. students with medical reasons for abstaining from a sport, etc. Students do not see these hidden teams

Complete lists of all student in a particular year can be displayed in name or sport order, as here. Clicking on the green button beside a name removes the students from that sport and places them back in the "yet-to-choose" category.

Hidden sports can be hidden from this list if required.
