PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
PACKAGE
A Professional Development package has been developed for the purpose of
in-service at staff meetings (sub-school, whole school, HOD’s, faculty), after
school for interested staff, during TRS time or on Student Free Days. This PD
package takes about an hour to deliver and can be adapted to suit different
contexts and the needs of the school. For example, depending on the priorities
and profile of the school, the session could be geared solely towards low
literacy Sudanese students or have an emphasis on planning units which
differentiate according to the needs of the ESL students.
