KG Golf Excellence students have achieved some fantastic individual and team results at the Queensland Intercollegiate Tournament at Keperra CGC.
Congratulations to Jack A for winning the best Gross in the Senior boys with +1 and Ky-An V winning the Junior division with 39 points. Will T came second with 33 points. KG students had the first 5 leading scores in the Junior division. Awesome effort to the Development squad and their continued hard work. Ben J came runner up in the Senior Boys nett with even. Caitlin V won the Senior Girls nett with even as well. Tobie M won the NTP as well.
In team results, the Senior boys have gone back to back to win the overall Boys Gross Team of the Year for 2022. Great effort by Fahim H, Jack A, Benny J, Jack J & Harry T. The Junior Team consisting of Ky-An V, Grace K & Cate-Tien V won the Junior Team of the Year as well. KG has won this 3 out of the last 4 years.
Huge congratulation to Caitlin V & Harry T who were named in the Intercollegiate Team of the Year as well as members of the QSS Golf Team that travel to Victoria in late August. With this continued KG Golf success, we must thank all the coaches and support staff of the Golf Excellence Program.
